commercial real estate,partnership,i bought 50% of undivided property,with 8 rentals my partner sold 25% of
his 50% to a renter but remember its undivided #1 can he do that with out asking me to ok sale.#2 will that make me majority owner . #3 i understand when asking about a loan if i am majority owner i can borrow on my 50%. without him signing loan doc,s. thank you.
