USDA and VA loans require zero down payment but FHA requires 3.5%, but you are able to get a 6% sellers assist. If you have any other questions I'd be happy to help.

USDA & VA are some of the popular loans with no $ down. There are some lenders that will occasionally run programs for MD's with no Money down. If you would like I can help you find a home that will be eligible for USDA Loan. & also give you the name & number of a local lender.

Fha loans require some down payment, but 3.5% is not much. USDA and VA loans are the only ones I know of that require no down payment at all.

The USDA still offers no money down loans. Contact a local mortgage banker and talk to them about these types of loans to see if you qualify.
