Because of the new Reg Z rules a typical 203K can close in between 40-60 days.
Probably close to the 45 days.
Be careful if you decided to do the 203K Streamline.
There is no Hus approved Plan Reviewer to make sure the work being done is correct and enough funds.
We can get you started pretty quickly.
