That is very difficult to answer. Best in what regards? Multiple locations, great service, a cool snack bar in the lobby? Their fees are mostly regulated by the state. The wording in the title insurance is also predefined.
I use different title companies all over Houston, but my title company selections revolve around a great closer and excellent support staff that help walk the transaction to closing. Issues always come up, but a calm crew at the title company can help get any problem taken care of.
Experience counts and a good bed side manner does not hurt with buyers and sellers that are emotionally taxed and more than ready to get the transaction closed!
