Omer,
I would recommend Countryclub Mtg. in Visalia/Porterville. They are local, reputable and they are a direct broker, which to you means they make all the final decisions in house, not in some 50 story office in LA or New York.
I've closed dozens of loans with them and have had nothing but good experiences to date.

Hi Omer ~

You won't find credibility by focusing on a company. It will come from an individual mortgage professional who stays current on the latest changes affecting mortgage financing and who is committed to making sure your experience is memorable for all the right reasons.

Your local bank is staff by people to who know their bank's programs so you will be limited to their "menu" of loan options and processes. A mortgage broker works with many banks so they can pick and choose who is best for you based on your needs. They also get to compare rates, turn times (how long it takes to close the loan), qualifying guidelines (they do vary by bank) and fees on any given day.

As you can tell, I'm pro mortgage broker. Most of us are self -employed. Our clients appreciate the extra mile we go for them and in turn they tell their friends about the great experience. It's a win, win!

I was born and raised in the Central Valley and still have family in Visalia, Dinuba and Fresno. Let me know if you have more questions about refinancing.

Omer,
Talk to a direct lender and they will run your credit (free). Ask for a copy of your credit report and shop around with other direct lenders or brokers and see who give you the best rate. If you have above average credit and your property has equity it wont be a problem.

Hey Omer, there should be many banks and credible brokers that should be able to help you. You may want to check with the bank that you currently keep your money, perhaps they may have some relationship discounts.

You can't go wrong with Wells Fargo. I am certain they have a local office near you. They are the largest lender in the country and have just been rated the #1 Green Bank in the country. Best of luck to you.
