1.- Excecuted sales contract. (signed by buyer and seller)
2.- Social secutiry numbers of applicants
3.- Completed address for the past two years including name of the landlords and phone numbers
4.- Name, address and phone numbers from all income earned for the past two years.
5.- Copies of previous two years W-2 forms
6.- Copy of most recent year to date pay stub
7.- Name, address, account numbers, monthly payments and current balances for:
installments loans, revolving charge accounts, student loans, mortgages loans and car loans.
8.- Name, address, account numbers and balance of all deposit accounts, including: checking
accounts, saving accounts, stocks, bonds and 401K account.
9.- Two pieces of ID.
10.- If you choose to include income from child support/Alimony bring copies of court records and cancelled checks showing received of payments.
