There are lenders like myself that offer loans for this particular situation. One loan to consider is the Foreign National Loan. These loans are meant for non-residences/citizens or individuals without a visa or social security number seeking a home loan in the United States. Also, this type of loan usually requires about 20% down or more depending on the documents you have available so be prepared for that. I recommend speak with a lender like myself to help get you started. I would be glad to speak with you to help you get the loan that you need. Well I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or if you would like a loan, feel free to contact me. Good Luck! Brian Nguyen Sr. Mortgage Banker NMLS # 659743 Phone: 949.667.2887 brian.nguyen@nafinc.com

I work in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino. I know is not easy task, but it is possible, if the prospect buyers comply with the requirements that the Bank requires.

We offer ITIN Loans NATIONWIDE. Call us at 800 315 8803 or visit http://www.bartprequalifies.com

Our minimum loan amount is $100K or $100,000 with at least a 20% down payment.

An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (or ITIN) is a United States tax processing number issued by the Internal Revenue Service. An ITIN is a nine digit number that will begin with the number 9 and has a 7 or 8 as the fourth digit. ITINs are issued by the IRS to individuals who are required to have a taxpayer identification number, but who do not have, and are not eligible to obtain, a Social Security Number. In other words, an ITIN number is a replacement for those who cannot obtain a Social Security number.

What is required to obtain an ITIN Mortgage AKA ITIN Loan?

· Have an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN).

· Been employed for at least two (2) years in the United States.

· Established a US BANK ACCOUNT for at least 60 days.

· At least a 640 credit score.

· At least 20% down or 20% equity.

An ITIN loan is a full documented mortgage, and we loan up to 80% LTV.

Our minimum loan amount is $100K or $100,000 (NATIONWIDE).

Call us 7 days a week at 800 315 8803 or visit us at http://www.bartprequalifies.com

Dodie,

Only cash buyers do not need a Social Security Number , ITIN, or Visa. In the event a foreign buyer investor wants to use a U.S. institution for a property loan they will be subject to having established residency as well as the proof of income, taxes, etc.

Dodie,

I would say that all ITIN borrowers would probably need a visa as well, to document their legal right to own property in the U.S.

What type of Visa are we talking about? Let me know, and I could look it up for you.

To own property in the US visa is not required unless you want to live in the US.
