What is the best route to take to pre-qualify for a loan?
I don't have a particular house in mind, I need to see how much I am eligible to borrow, down payment amount, closing costs, etc. If I know this first then I know where I can look.
Would anyone suggest the internet, such as lending tree or any others or is a bank better?
