What are the loan guidelines for a mobile home in CT, can they go FHA?
I have been looking at mobile homes in NY because of price and in NY a mobile home is much like buying a car if it is in rented space. Now that prices are coming down in CT I may choose to stay here but I need to know how homes in parks are financed. Thank-you.

FIRST ANSWER
Manufactured / Mobile Home financing is a speciality only handled by a few. One lender I have in my contact list for Connecticut is Priority Funding LLC out of Northboro MA, with the person handling Connecticut being Rich Rawson, Territory Manager, at (877) 393-5511 and email RRawson@priloan.com
