Stated Income Mortgage Loans?
Are any lenders still providing stated income mortgage loans? What general interest rate increase are we looking at with credit score of 770 ?

FIRST ANSWER
They are a few banks that still offer stated. I have a local bank here in NJ that will do stated for self employed borrowers only. They require half a years income in assets. SO if you make a 100k, i need to see 50k liquid. I would try local banks or credit unions to find what you are looking for...Good Luck
