FIRST ANSWER

Since 2000, all real property in Delaware County is assessed by the County's Board of Assessments at a rate of 100.0% of each property's assumed market value in 1998.

Real Estate Tax Millage Rates
2008 millage rate remains at 3.01 mills for Radnor Township real estate taxes, more commonly expressed as $3.01 per thousand dollars of a property's assessed value
2008 millage rate for Delaware County is 4.825 mills ($4.825 per per thousand dollars ofa property's assessed value)
2007-2008 millage rate for the Radnor School District is17.7269 ($17.7269 per thousand dollars of a property's assessed value). The School District's 2008-2009 millage rate will be available after July 1.

Villanova straddles Radnor and Lower Merion Townships.
