Options on a Lender for under 50k properties. is there such a thing?

WHat are my options for a say 30k property? i had little to no luck before with these on my own but who could i look to for assistance with this... i could probably just save up a bit more and sell a car and buy cash, but prefer to build my credit more.

traditional lenders? pawn shops? something im missing

Your local bank branches are one great option, they do keep many of their loans and will be a great starting option. Other than this, email me if you are willing to put 30% down; I do have resources that will help you with 3, 7, 15 or even 30 yeart term loans. Good luck.
