Liberty, Home Owner in Phoenix, AZ

Need Portfolio Jumbo Loan for Rate/Term Refi

Asked by Liberty, Phoenix, AZ Fri May 4, 2012

I Stipulated to a 220K Judgment with a structured repayment agreement that was amortized over 8 years that began in May 2010, currently I owe 180K. This open judgment allowed them to put a second lien on the property, they have agreed to subordinate their position to allow me to refinance. I have a 700 Mid FICO with a clean history of (3) three on everything, Great DTI with Verifiable income, reserves, I’m a local business owner of 20 years, if an Arizona S&L is interested, then I would be willing to bring my all business accounts over if needed. This is a board room type decision, I have a clear exit strategy only need 2-3 years to qualify for conventional, willing to pay points and will entertain a short term amortization and balloon on a 6-8% deal, I can even buy down the loan a little if needed to meet guidelines. Currently have a first of 680K home valued at 1.1M
