I wouldn't mind reveiwing your situation to see what can be done, but why did Wells Fargo reject your loan? Was it because your wife lost her income and the debt ratios are too high? I have used Sandra Christman from Allied Home Mortgage several times to re finance my personal home. She is excellent ad fast.

My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT LENDERS for your situation. A broker can shop around multiple lenders and come up with a program for you. Direct lenders don't have many options and sometimes can take a long time for a re fi. Regardless of your situation, there is no reason for it to take that long to be denied.
