My home loan, lender paid my insurance payment twice. I got it fixed, but they didn't even know, or care. I
want a audit on my account. How do I get this done? They are ignoring me now.
Audit on account? It would be on published statement received monthly contact lender for information, or insurance company.

The "cold shoulder" is intended to get you to give up and forget about the issue. If this is a serious issue for you, stick to your guns and insist that they respond to your requests. It may be time for written correspondence and registered/signed receipt mail.

Contact the loan servicer and request an audit. The contact numbers is usually at the top right of your monthly mortgage statement.
Keep copies and "document" all your requests and contacts with the bank.
In the mean time, please don't neglect your obligations...continue to make your payments.
The bank will eventually pay attention to you and your documentation will help you. In some cases, the borrower's documentation will required the bank to "re-write" the loan because they have "neglected" the borrower's requests.
