Okay am fine with that so how much are we talking about here? Give an officil estimate and I will give you an urgent feedback on how we operate and our lending schemes.

Its a wise decision making. Choice of borrowing from us.

I await.a classified information on the amount you need and duration.

Hello Mariene,

This decision would be based on your personal financial situation and goals. No agent on this board can tell you if it is a wise decision without knowing the full picture in it's entirety.

Speak with a lender and see what you can qualify for.

I would be happy to give you specific real estate or legal advice, but simply do not have enough information to counsel you. Please feel free to contact me with some of the relevant information so that I can help. That said, if you are going to purchase the new property as a primary residence to secure the best rate, you will want to refinance first.

Like what everyone is saying, you need to speak to a financial advisor.

I work with several lenders & have a great team of realtors to help you if everything planned goes right.
Refinancing to put money down would depend on how much equity you currently own..
Purchasing another home & keeping 2 mortgages would mean serious planning & calculations, for which we will need to talk the details.
Call me or email me your current home address & mortgage balance to start with.

The best way to start is to talk to a lender to see if the refinance makes sense or not- then determine your eligibility for a new purchase

It sounds like you are potentially looking at inestment property? The answer will require some discussion with a realtor and a mortgage broker. What are your finances like, what are your goals and other questions will need to be answered. If you would like to explore it a little bit further, feel free to reach out.
