Know any lenders who do a construction2perm type loan for an unfinished home 3 yrs old in Santa Barbara area?
Almost done with contingency period but have run into walls trying to find a 203K loan for house ($505K) PLUS construction to finish ($200K). All lenders contacted either don't do them or stopped as of 5/1/09. House was started in 2004; outside is finished but inside is just framed. Does anyone know a lender who still will do this? Anyone know if Wells Fargo still does the construction2perm loans? House will be worth close to $1mil when done.
