Know a Texan Loan contact is isn't put off with working with an out of state builder? A friend is building warehouse lofts in Amarillo TX.

FIRST ANSWER
Just because the builder is from out of State shouldn't be a problem. Alot really depends on the project and the credit worthiness of the borrower. We do construction loans thru out Texas
