Yes, in general the shorter the term of the loan, the lower the interest rate. A mortgage broker may have more options than a local credit union or bank.

Yes, I have seen 10 Year Mortgages. Most lenders don't disclose them either because they don't offer them, or because they are really not popular.

You bet! A 10 year mortgage is not commonly used, but you can get it, just ask your lender. You might even get a break on the interest rate of the loan.
