Is there financing available to accommodate both the purchase of a lot as well as a prefab?
'Weehouse'? I've been considering the idea of buying a small lot in La Honda, then having a WeeHouse added to it. There are a number of separate costs involved including the lot, foundation, and the WeeHouse itself. I'm hoping there's a way that the total cost could be lent in one loan as opposed to a few.
Thanks for the answer, Donna. The WeeHouse company doesn't provide lending themselves, but do suggest lenders that are familiar w/ prefab housing.
WeeHouses have solar hookups, but yes, the water supply will be an issue. I've seen a couple of lots that actually have wells, which may work.
Does the seller of the WeeHouse have financing available? You might check with your lender and FHA
possibilities......I might caution you regarding the water supply......will you be on well or hooked up to
