Is there anyway I could get a loan for a mortgage with not the best credit and being 100% disabled?
My name is Valerie and I have cancer. My friend is defaulted on his 150,000.00 mortgage and the bank is willing to settle for 63Can someone please guide me one way!

FIRST ANSWER
Based on the scant information provided here It does not seem likely that you can get a mortgage but you really need to talk to a lending institution or a mortgage broker that can access your personal situation and give you a definitive answer to that question.
