Is there any no income verification loans out in maryland? 30% downpayment and 720 credit score. And about how long does it take to get a loan( with contract and everything else ready)?

Sam, I do not believe there are any straight no income verification loans out there anymore, except with private investors.
The best thing to do would be to speak with a mortgage broker to find out what investors they may have who may consider taking that risk, because that is still a possibility, based on other information they would need provided to them.
