Update on Sat Feb 15 2014.

So far I have not received a response from anyone who is able to help me get finance for a non-warrantable Condo in NC.

Some folks have responded but they are not able to help get the loan needed.

So please respond ONLY if you are really able to get the loan..

Thanks

We have a couple loan programs for non-warrantable condominiums, up to 80% LTV/20% down payment - only problems we can have is if there is litigation regarding a structural deficiency, incomplete construction of the subject phase, HOA delinquencies over 15% (can be approved case-by-case), low HOA budget reserves (can be approved case-by-case), and be at least 500 sq ft with a kitchen & separate bedroom. What is preventing this particular condo as being warrantable?
