Is there a resource to review what local lenders are offering HELOCs (in today's market) and under what terms?
We are looking for a higher LTV HELOC 90% in the Scottsdale, Arizona market. However, I continue to hit a road block with maximum advance rates not exceeding 80%. Does anyone know of a lender (most likely local lender) who is offering a higher LTV HELOC in Arizona?
