Is it possible to receive a 203K in Memphis for under $50,000? I would like to purchase a piece of property
for 18, 600 and put about 20-21,000 into the property to keep a low mortgage payment. What can I do to make this project happen?

You would be wise to contact a mortgage adviser and see how you would go about doing this.. I am sure you have the name of one or you can contact your bank and see if they can assist you with your question.
