I was wondering is it possible to get a mshda/fha loan in just my name, as my husband credit is not all that great ? I make up for the majority if our income as I make more money.

Hello Malisa,

Bob is correct, you can put the loan just in your name and still have your husband on title and deed as long as you meet minimum guideline requirements. Take a look at HUD.gov to learn more about the process and good luck!
