In need of title advice for a Doublewide
I purchased a repossessed property from Fannie Mae last year in a cash deal. It has 3 acres, and a doublewide on a full basement and a separate 2 car garage. After major upgrades, I am trying to obtain a mortgage on the property to consolidate various short term loans. However, I do not have the title for the doublewide or any proof that the title was surrendered to PennDot which the title co. is requesting. Any advice?
