Hello Carol,

Here's numbers to a couple of lenders that you could call. Matthew at 303-409-6176 or Blase at 303-680-0633. Or call your own credit union or bank and establish a relationship with one of the lenders. Just ask them to keep your name and number and call to call you as soon as things change. Both Blase and Matthew work strongly with Investors as does our Team, they will be ready to move the minute things change. From the last class I took from one of the lenders, it sounded like it's going to be lifted any time now, that was three weeks ago.

So what area are your Investment properties in? Are you focusing on single family homes in good school districts or maybe properties close to planned light rail stations? Let me know if my Team can be of any help to you. Have fun with it, I think those that are Investing now are going to be very happy in the near future.
