If I am finishing college and working in Ohio but want to relocate to TN after school ends can I do a FHA
first time homebuyer purchase or USDA? I have a disabled son in the TN area that I am looking at and I travel down there every 5 weeks. It would be so kind if someone knows if this can be an exceptions or exceptions.
