A FICO score of 632 should be high enough for either an FHA or conventional mortgage as long as you can also qualify with your income and down payment based on the size of your mortgage. Be aware that you'll probably pay higher loan costs (either in paying points, a higher interest rate or combination of these two) because your FICO score is below 740.

You only need 620 to go FHA, but there are some other qualifiers.

If you want assistance with pre-qualification, give me a call!

Yes, you will qualify for an FHA loan with that score. Most lenders will require at least a 620.

Alfred,
The best advice is to consult your loan agent or lender to see how your score is affecting your purchasing power and/or if there is a government program that helps you if you are a first time home buyer. I don't know where you are looking to purchase and cannot give you more beneficial advice but am hoping this general advise will help.
