I was preapproved for a small mortagage, after 3 months they have denied me. I have givin them everything
they ask for..Now I am $3000. in the hole. They had no problem cashing my check for $1100 toward closing cost, is there any legal action i can take?

What is your financial representative telling you? Was the paperwork submitted without any errors, were details accidentally omitted, did your finacial situation change, did you switch jobs, etc.

The first thing you should do is gather all written documentation together and review it. See if any promises were made that have been broken. Has your financial situation changed? If so, you may have provided documentation to them that caused them to change their underwriting decision.
