I was pre-approved last summer for a great no-doc loan program but when I came up with the required 5% down, the program had disappeared. I know certain lenders still have these no-doc programs with a good APR and other don't. If anyone has any contacts or references, please let me know. I am looking to buy in Southern California.

The 5% no doc went away a few weeks ago...nobody can offer that any more...new Fannie May rules...this has nothing to do with mortgage broker requirements.
