I want to finance 33 acres and a double wide, can any morgage lender tell me what to do.
I have been approved for a loan, but they came back and gave me a 20 acre restriction. I am approved for another loan as well but at a high interest rate, but is not confirmed. Is there a simple solution to getting a loan for large acreage,improvements, and a manufactured home.

You need to contact a hard money lender.
