Pardon me while I play Physic Realtor ....

If you bought that house 5/6/9/ for 147K you got a great deal, however the Physic Realtor thinks you sunk some cash in it to fix it up.

The tea leaves are saying that you went through a hard money lender for the purchase. The Tea leaves have been wrong, because of that 10% seller finance, unless it`s the hard money guy again. But you really just can`t trust tea leaves today. However you were a cash buyer.

You were set to make a fast flip, and along came the Nasty FHA appraiser. Happens to the best of us.

The problem here Starman, that FHA appraisal sticks for six months, even 10DAYTED (mean that in a good way) Whom I`m impressed with, can`t get around that first FHA appraisal.

I know the area and I know the appraisers.

The tarot cards say cut your losses and run.

I assume you were referring to my response on your last post , Starman? I just find it odd you make new very vague posts here weekly looking for all sorts of financing on your home or your buyers, everything from hard money to FHA, saying your a buyer, then a seller,...something just smells fishy. Especially after you have been referred to numerous loan agents previously in your posts.

I could be wrong, but it worth noting, with mortgage fraud so rampant us lenders have to weed out these type of things.

Maybe if you clarify more specifically what your situation is we could help you better...
