I owner financed a lot,texas, used purchase agreement, promissory note and warranty deed with vendor's lien, no deed of trust, buyers are in breach,

Time to start foreclosing and do it all again! Hopefully you got a sizable down payment to make it all worth your time. Luckily you are in Texas and foreclosure is pretty simple and quick. Talk to the lawyer who drew up the paperwork on how to proceed through foreclosure to protect you.

thanks for replying, did you notice I did not have a deed of trust, I own the land. I did the paperwork Purchase Agreement ,Promissory Note and GWDeed with Vendor's lien. Is it still easy to foreclose?
