I own rental property and have maintained the mortgage while I've been in Chapter 13. I have over 10 yrs on
the job and am recently remarried. He owns our home and has pretty credit. Is there any hope that in the next year my husband & I will be able to buy a home?

FIRST ANSWER
In the next year? Doubtful. However, if you have TWO years of excellent pay history (paying all your bills on time), you can apply for an FHA loan.
