I am looking for the value of a 2.5 acre plot of land in 30157-has easment to access off of Antioch Road.
I need to get the value of this land. Would the tax assed value of $67,800 be reasonable? or is this the absolute minimum?

FIRST ANSWER
I would have to say that if you could get someone to pay $27,000/Acre in rural Dallas you would be doing well unless you have water on the property or in a prestigious neighborhood. Tell me more about your property.
