I would suggest calling a few and give them a little phone interview. There are no niche products anymore, the main difference would be service. Rates and fees are also very important and can easy be compared and negotiated. A Mortgage Broker will need to disclose to you exactly what he/she are making on the transaction. I hope this helps.
