Dont Jump through hoops!!!

Licensned in 43 states not just CA, I work for a direct lender in the mortgage industry who offers conventional, FHA VA, and USDA loans. The best part is unlike lendingnetwork we keep your info private not broker it out and we go below 580. Are lowest score we accept for government loans are 550 when most lenders require a 620 and brokers a 580. You have to have two years of income with a score over 550 with bankruptcies discharge date 2 years and over. We have basic guidelines and a pretty easy process. Feel free to text me or call me anytime up to 10:00pm Eastern with any questions.

Maybe.... If you use the right lender, Talk to a broker first that actually has lenders that can first get a 580 score approved and closed. I would recommend the lenders network, if any company can get you a loan they can. I have had clients with under a 580 score get approved and we closed within 30 days... Brilliant real estate minds with a ton of lending contacts.

Good Luck!

FHA can qualify you with 600 fico score, but that is only if you have good income and DTI of at least 40%.

Good luck

For an FHA mortgage, most lenders require a 640+ credit score for the last 2-3 years now. Prospect Mortgage is one of the few direct lenders to offer an FHA 580-639 FICO loan program. Credit profile is a major factor in a mortgage approval. Generally, there should be no late payments, new collections accounts/charge-offs/liens/judgments in the last 12 months. HUD does require that all open collection accounts must be paid in full if their cumulative balances exceed $1,000.

The credit scores we get at the lender is not always what you receive. I can run your credit if you like. If your score is not at least 640, we have a program that will help you bring up your score. Your income and debts will also determine what amount you qualify for.

Mid 6s should be fine. Check with a recommended mortgage broker.
