If you are leaving a job in your area, replacing it in Mansfield you may be able to get a loan. Nursing is a secure field. There is some bond money in our area if you qualify. It's called the Welcome Home program.
They will give you $5000. towards downpayment, closing cost. You must have $500. of your own money.
This is 1st time buyer/or not owned for 3 yrs. Get that job. Beware some of the properties $30,000, not what you expect.
