You have not provided enough information to make an informed decision. Is the 95% to include closing costs? have you had an appraisal on the property to determine value? What is your credit score?( this is key to getting the best terms)Your best bet would be to contact a mortgage person that you trust. I would be happy to evaluate your situation for no cost to you.
