I wish you the best, I had many buyers with much worst numbers and they got mortgages I think you will have no problems at all.
Lots of luck in your search. Karen Abramson
My suggestion is to go with a local lender. They will be more reachable and generally work harder for you than someone in a phone que or a lending website. If your looking for an Austin lender I have about five on my website. On the left side of the main page click on area links, local service providers, mortgage lenders. I would contact a couple and compare rates and loan programs. Find someone that you feel you can work with and then call me to find the right house!

You should be speaking with a lender to get the best and most current info. Realtors may be able to guide you to a lender, but I would check with your existing bank first to see if they can help you. you have history with them and they make work harder to keep all your business. Good luck!

In todays market, as long as you can document where the money comes from, thats all that matters
Thanks and good luck
