Google "NY City ACRIS" - this will give you the link to the database of coop sales. Not only you'd be able to see all the selling prices, you can also see where the buyers in the particular coop had obtained their morgage from. Then call the bank.
I have a gentleman that has woked some miracles for some of my customers. Please email me for more information.

A good broker knows how to do all of the transactions. If you would like a recommendation, please contact me offline: Gail@GailGladstone.com
Hannah,
You've come to a great spot to find someone to help you. In addition to the people you meet here on Trulia, ask your friends and family who they have used in the past and what their experience was all the way through closing. Whatever you do, make sure you speak with someone who is on top of the increasing number of changes in the lending industry. Standards are changing it seems like hourly so you don't want to work with someone who brokers mortgages part-time.
If you contact me, I can recommend three different mortgage brokers that might be able to help you.
