CTX ask for Lori she is great and can help you with all of your needs. as mr Brazil said shop around and keep in mind when you apply to different banks and use your ssn your credit score is lowered a bit but if you do so in the a certain time fram say in the same month it may not be a cause for concer, although i am not an expert i have had the displeasure of doing so with my own mortgage. word of caution wellsfargo, e-loan are not very uh deal friendly. more advice compare your APR as well. bankrate . com has excellent info on this subject as doeshttp:// www.fool.com

Call all three of the lenders below if you plan to purchase in the Modesto area, and remember to give all three the same data-- a. your comfort level of monthly payment, b. your downpayment, and c. your target purchase price. If you have a current document with your credit score, fax or email it to them.
1. Indy Mac Bank- Steve Mcneal-209-550-3747, 2. Metrocities Mortgage-Michael Content 209-605-1671, and 3. Countrywide--Jonas Pritchard--(209) 402-1305.
