I can help! I am a Queen Creek Resident and agent in Queen Creek since 2002. I work with a few great lenders who can assist with your VA financing and I know a few outstanding agents in Oceanside! I would love the opportunity to be of service :-)

Hello Sondra,

I have a personal relationship with a Realtor in the San Diego area, a VA mortgage lender, and I am a Realtor in the Queen Creek area.

Please let me be your one stop shop for all of your real estate needs.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Google search "Top realtors in AZ".

Then check to see which have CA licenses as well. They will be able to help you in both departments.

There is no particular advantage in working with one company, unless the best Realtors in each area happen to work for the same national company. I think getting the best matters more than the company they work for. Check out the link I've attached below and then click on the Find an Agent tab in the green bar at the top of every Trulia page and start looking for Realtors in the two areas where you need to sell and buy. Take the time to interview the ones that look best, bear in mind what you are looking for is extensive local experience, a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing transactions and on the sell side question them extensively on what their going to do to market your home. I wish you good luck and success.

Hi Sondra,

I will address your last question first - Is it best to have the same company help you sell your old home and buy the new one?

Actually, it depends. Real estate is local and you probably would be better off working with a local agent that knows the area where you are selling and where you are buying. You could possibly find one that knows both Oceanside, CA and Queen Creek, AZ. However the chances of finding a good REALTOR that knows both is probably very slim.

You mentioned that you want to sell your Oceanside home with Reverse Mortgage. Not sure if I understand what you want to do. Are you planning to do a Reverse Mortgage on your home? If yes, you don't need a REALTOR. You just need a good mortgage broker as you are not actually selling your home. If in the other hand, you are trying to sell your home where you already have a Reverse Mortgage, than you do need a local REALTOR.

I don't work in California, but I do work in Arizona. I can introduce you to a local REALTOR in your area that should be able to help you sell your home and I can help you buy your next home.

Here is a list of homes for sale in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley in case you are curious:

I hope this helps.

Sondra

We can put a plan together to maximize this move on both ends. We will start out by determining the best path in Oceanside, followed up with a arranging the new loan for Queen Creek and the final piece will be the home in Queen Creek.

Lets get started and the plan will work!

Sondra,
There might be some comfort having the same company and if possible the same person within the company to sell your home.
However, your purchase in Queen Creek will be probably serviced best by somebody local who knows the area well. they can help you select a good realtor for Oceanside, too.
Please give me a call if you'd like to discuss it further.
