Good day to you,

You may or may not find the answer you seek here. However, you will not know until you contact some lenders and find out for certain.

Best of luck,

With that kind of downpayment, you should not have an issue. Sit down with a mortgage vroker to discuss.

I am a mortgage broker. If I can be of service, please let me know!

With that kind of a downpayment and also a being a US citizen I don't think you would have a problem. If you need us to recommend you with a loan officer, we would be happy to do that. Also, if you want to find a condo in the price range you are looking for, go to our website http://www.besthomesinlajolla.com and you could access the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) right away and search. If we can help you out in your purchase, again, we would be delighted. Good luck in your search.

With 50% down, it should not be a problem. I know several lenders that would do this deal.

I can get you in contact with them, to get a pre-approval in place.

What areas of San Diego are you interested in? I know of several nice areas that you could get what you are looking for easially.

You can get lots of free search engines on my website and I would be happy to discuss with you what needs to be done.
