father at 51 etc.. my weekly wages are not impressive due to extensive travel for personal issues. I have a credit score of 650 and my assets not including wages (which is minimal) are around 360000. Since my wages are low for this year does this discredit me for getting a mortgage for 100K?

Dear Mom,

Sorry about the hardships you are facing. Regarding your credit score, it's low but not terrible. I think you might just need a credit score boost. If you are carrying credit card balances try to keep them under the 30% balance of the credit limit. For example if your credit limit is $3k then try to keep a balance of less than $1k. This might be the drag to your score I hope and then you can pay down the balance and get a credit score boost. If this doesn't work you can call me for other strategies to boost score. If you have late payments, and other negative items this is credit repair and I will assist you with this as well. Good luck and take it easy.
