Congratulations to you and your family. There are several programs, one that I know offers no closing costs and a great interest rate. Once you are Mortgage ready, I can put together a search for homes that meet your criteria that van be emailed to you. We can then tour the homes. My help costs you absolutely nothing. Send me an email I can be of help. Dianat@thehornco.com.

There are definitely programs that are designed to assist first time homebuyers. Some have income or property restrictions.

You can visit http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/homeownership/fthb/index.htm or

http://www.sanantonio.gov/planning/housing/default.aspx

to get a good idea about what programs are available. My recommendation is to get with a knowledgeable agent and mortgage broker to come up with a comprehensive plan to get you into your dream house!

I'd love to help you get on the pathe of home ownership, I am looking forward to hearing from you.
