Has anyone worked with the Ohio Heros mortgage program for lending to Nurses, police, and firefighters.

FIRST ANSWER
I have had a couple of closings using the Hereos program. It runs the same as other OHFA loans just a little lower intrest rate. Have your lender check the standard FHA rate also unless you you need to bridge the stimulus rebate for you down payment. Fha has been running a little under the Hometown Heroes program the last few months.
