Does where my mortgage broker is licensed affect where I can use the financing to purchase a house?

I am considering using the services of a mortgage broker in Nassua County, NY. I will be looking to purchase a home in Queens, NY. Does this matter?

Mortgage brokers are state licensed...your broker can provide service anywhere in NY.
